KRG The Don Flaunts Cash After Claims He Became Irrelevant

KRG The Don has responded strongly to speculation about his silence on social media after Miracle Baby suggested he had become irrelevant. In a video shared on his Instagram page on Thursday, November 27, 2025, the dancehall musician displayed stacks of crisp Ksh1,000 notes and dismissed rumours that he had disappeared because he was broke. He explained that his recent quietness had nothing to do with financial trouble and everything to do with focusing on work and personal growth.

Why Did KRG Address Online Rumours?

KRG told his audience that people often misunderstand silence. According to him, stepping back from social media is simply a way to avoid unnecessary noise and concentrate on progress. “Young people, I see that you don’t understand that when someone is quiet, it often means they are focused on their work and their life, and they don’t want unnecessary noise,” he said.

He aimed his message at young people who speculate about others’ finances without facts. KRG emphasised that being offline does not mean someone is struggling. Instead, he said it means they are prioritising their personal life and projects. He criticised the habit of attaching poverty to his name when he keeps to himself.

“You start imagining things that aren’t true. I have told you, whenever you mention my name, never associate it with poverty. Let me correct your ignorance completely. I am a blessed person who cannot be written off. This money I have is real, it’s not tissue paper. Only a few people notice it because I stay quiet,” he added.

KRG said it is both inaccurate and insulting to assume he is broke just because he chooses silence. He explained that his success stands on its own, regardless of what anyone speculates. “So, anytime you want to mention my name, don’t bring poverty into it. I am surprised that just because I stay quiet, you start talking nonsense, saying I’m broke. Stop linking poverty to my name and focus on your own life instead of other people’s business,” he said.

He also reminded critics that their opinions do not shape his reality. Reaffirming his wealth, he said he was born rich and intends to remain that way. “Just because another man is organising his life, he is doing it for his family and children. Your opinions do not reflect my reality. I am still rich. I was born rich, and I will die rich,” he said.

What Triggered Miracle Baby’s Comments About KRG?

KRG’s remarks followed Miracle Baby’s claims a day earlier that the artist had mistreated him during one of the most difficult periods of his life. Miracle Baby said that while he was hospitalised and in need of medical care, KRG made promises he never kept and used harsh words that made an already painful moment worse.

“By the way, I was sitting down and remembered KRG. Btw, he nearly killed me while I was in the hospital with his empty words and harsh words. I had never seen a man put someone else down while they are at their lowest. He walked over me while I was already down, and even though I raised my hands, he kept on,” Miracle Baby said.

He recalled feeling frustrated and hurt because KRG’s insensitivity came at a time when he was already battling physical and emotional hardship. However, he added that he eventually chose forgiveness. “Anyway, God is true and came through. I forgave him and told God not to let such things happen in the future. Health is important because you don’t want problems there. Whoever shows me mercy should remind me that we belong to God, and He gives us another chance. Be a real man, bro,” he added.
