DJ Mo has confirmed that the mansion he is building for his family will cost approximately Ksh46 million once fully completed. Speaking during an interview with YouTubers on Sunday, November 23, 2025, he shared that construction has advanced smoothly and is now nearly finished. According to him, the home has reached the 95 per cent mark, and every detail has been handled with careful planning to match the vision he and his wife Size 8 had from the start.
He described the project as a big and beautiful home that required patience and precision. “Yeah, by the way, the house we are building is going well, and we are progressing safely in the process of construction. Right now, we are talking about 95 per cent of the house being done. It’s a beautiful home, and we have taken our time because we don’t want to do guesswork with this project,” he said. The couple chose to invest time rather than rush the work, ensuring that the quality met their expectations.
What Makes DJ Mo’s Mansion a High-End Project?
The mansion sits in an upscale neighbourhood where some residents have homes worth between Ksh60 and 70 million. While DJ Mo noted that comparisons are unnecessary, he acknowledged that the area naturally sets a certain standard. He explained that their home is designed to match its surroundings while still maintaining a functional layout for their family. “By the time it’s fully done, the building will have cost us around 45 to 46 million shillings. In the neighbourhood where we have built, people have even constructed houses worth 60 to 70 million shillings, so we’re not trying to say much,” Moh said.
He added that they have already shown the nearly completed home to close friends. One of the guests, the CEO of an events company, was particularly impressed and inspired by the property. DJ Mo shared this while speaking alongside Size 8, expressing their excitement about the final stages of the build.
When Will the Mansion Be Officially Unveiled?
DJ Mo revealed that they plan to invite YouTubers and media personalities to cover the grand unveiling once every detail is complete. To make the celebration memorable, he said the event will include traditional elements such as slaughtering a goat during the launch. “About the house, we don’t want to talk too much, but it’s a big and beautiful house, and we will invite YouTubers to come and cover it. We will also slaughter a goat for the event,” he said.
He also discussed the financial side of the construction process, noting that many homeowners struggle to quote exact figures due to fluctuating expenses. For him, the estimate remains clear. “So I’d say approximately that amount. But if you ask people who have built houses, they are never able to give exact values because the value you give might fluctuate a bit, but for sure, it cannot be less than 45 million,” he shared.
With the mansion nearing completion, DJ Mo and Size 8 appear focused on finishing strong, ensuring that the home reflects both luxury and thoughtful planning.
