Azziad Nasenya has opened up about her recent debt struggles, revealing that only a handful of celebrities stood by her when the news broke online. Speaking at Vera Sidika’s post-surgery party, the TikTok star and radio presenter thanked Vera for being among the three celebrities who consistently checked up on her during the difficult period.
“She was one of the three celebrities who checked up on me when I was away from the continent. Nearly every day, so I got you big sis,” Azziad said, adding that Vera’s support came at a time when social media backlash against her was at its peak.

Earlier this year, reports claimed that Azziad had borrowed money from friends to sustain her lavish lifestyle but struggled to repay. The news quickly went viral, sparking intense criticism. At the time, Azziad had travelled to Germany to be with her family, and while many turned their backs, she revealed that Vera Sidika stood firmly by her side.
The heartfelt moment unfolded at Vera’s event, which also hosted celebrities like Diana Marua, Frankie Just Gym It, Shes Kemunto, and Saige. Vera, smiling warmly as Azziad spoke highly of her, embraced her in front of the guests.

The mother of two also used the event to open up about her body transformation journey. “Having kids and breastfeeding you know, pregnancy is a journey and your body changes. When you really get a chance to make the most out of your body after kids, you go for it. Don’t let anyone shame you… You love yourself; that is why you are fixing yourself. That is my motto, and I have always lived by this,” Vera said.
She revealed that her first cosmetic surgery was in 2013, long before motherhood. “It’s been ten years… I realised that I did not have any kids. They came, and they breastfed, and again body changes. I said that I want to do something for myself. Something that will make me happy,” she explained.
Reactions online were divided. Some praised Vera for her loyalty, while others remained critical of Azziad.
