Kenyan politician and nominated senator Karen Nyamu has stirred up fresh conversation online after revealing her strong desire to have another baby, this time with her new partner. In a playful but revealing phone chat with an American woman, Nyamu confessed that every time she falls in love, she starts thinking about having a child with that person.
Nyamu, who already has three children with two former partners, opened up during the call by saying, “I have two daughters and a boy, and I keep thinking that if I don’t add a fourth one, I’ll regret it.” She joked that her current emotions could be “baby fever,” admitting that she wants a child with her new partner.
Her candid remarks caught fans off guard, especially when she added,
“I want this dude’s baby so bad.”
This spontaneous statement quickly spread online and got people talking, with many weighing in on her love life, accent, and plans for motherhood.

For those unfamiliar, Karen Nyamu has a daughter with her first baby daddy, Kevin Saint, and two children with popular musician Samidoh Muchoki.
Although her relationships with both men ended, Nyamu and Kevin have been co-parenting successfully. Kevin once revealed in a radio interview that their relationship became toxic, filled with late-night arguments and misunderstandings. Despite this, he defended Nyamu online after people criticized her, asking netizens to stop blaming her for everything.
As for her relationship with Samidoh, things got even more complicated because he was already married. Their public romance led to Samidoh’s wife, Edday Nderitu, relocating abroad with their children in 2023. Nyamu has since moved on and recently confirmed she’s in a new relationship. However, she chose not to reveal her current partner’s identity, saying he prefers to keep their relationship private.
In the same conversation, Nyamu also hinted that she might be getting her dowry paid soon, raising even more questions from fans who are eager to know more about the mystery man in her life.

While some laughed at her baby fever comments and playful accent shift during the call, others encouraged her to follow her heart. Many fans cheered her on, saying babies are a blessing and telling her to go ahead if that’s what she wants.
