Kenyan power couple Bahati and Diana Marua left fans talking after making a glamorous appearance at Juma Jux and Priscilla Ojo’s much-anticipated wedding in Dar es Salaam. The duo had been hyped online for days, with Kenyans urging them not to let the country down, and they certainly didn’t disappoint.
Bahati was not just a guest but one of the groomsmen, giving him an extra spotlight at the star-studded event. His outfits were a major highlight. He first rocked a stunning white suit paired with brown pants, a clean, stylish combination that drew praise from fans across East Africa. Later, he switched to a royal black suit that featured bold gold embroidery on the lapels and sleeves. The look was completed with matching black shoes, a gold-accented cravat, and even a cane for that regal flair.
Diana, on the other hand, looked stunning in a black gown that could easily have turned heads on any international red carpet. The dress featured a sweetheart neckline with a sheer mesh overlay on the chest and sleeves, adding elegance and class. Beaded embellishments decorated the corset, while the skirt flowed into a dramatic train with lace patterns and artful draping. Her look was powerful, chic, and memorable, everything fans had hoped for and more.
The couple’s appearance came at a time when Kenyans and Tanzanians have been playfully competing online over fashion and celebrity status. With so much pressure on them to represent Kenya well, Bahati and Diana delivered with style and grace.
Social media erupted with positive reactions. Fans commented on Diana’s Instagram post, thanking the couple for showing up strong.
One fan wrote, “Thank you for not embarrassing us, you look absolutely beautiful.”
Another joked about how relieved they were after seeing their outfits, saying, “We were so worried, but the tailor delivered.”
In her caption, Diana shared a romantic note to her husband:
“Ain’t nobody in the world but you and me. I love doing life with you @bahatikenya. God brought two souls together, and we are here to celebrate their love! Congratulations @juma_jux and @its.priscy #JP25💕.”
Other notable attendees included Tanzanian singer Zuchu, who stunned in a gold-embellished gown, and Diamond Platnumz, who arrived later in an all-white outfit with a crystal-covered headpiece. Wasafi TV provided coverage of the event, and Claudia Nasabwa was among the official hosts.
